Timothy Cook, MD received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine, Memphis. He then went on to do his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Michigan before practicing medicine in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Ohio, Iowa, Michigan, and New Mexico.
