Robert Billingsley, MD, is a graduate of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, completed his residency in psychiatry at Letterman Army Medical Center in San Francisco, California, and is board certified in psychiatry. He has been in private practice in Fayetteville since 1986, and is on the medical staff of both the Veterans Health System of the Ozarks and Piney Ridge Treatment Center. He has been an investigator at Woodland Research Northwest since 2016.
